Job Description
Position Summary:The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, including onboarding, recruiting, employee records management, and training support. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to build foundational HR skills in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation, including preparing materials and supporting the onboarding processMaintain and organize employee and temporary employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentialitySupport recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview schedulingHelp track and maintain HR metrics, such as attendance, turnover, and hiring dataSupport training and development initiatives, including scheduling and recordkeepingProvide general administrative support to the HR teamParticipate in special projects and additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong organizational and time management skillsHigh level of confidentiality and professionalismStrong attention to detailEffective written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
