Requirements für Internship People Function:

Eingeschriebene:r Student:in vorzugsweise im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, HR Management oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
Interesse an Personalthemen und administrativen HR-Prozessen
Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Outlook und Excel
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
Vertraulicher Umgang mit sensiblen Daten

Optional:

Erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich von Vorteil

Lernziele / Ausbildungsinhalte

Kennenlernen der operativen Personalarbeit in einem internationalen Unternehmen
Unterstützung bei administrativen HR-Prozessen und täglichen Teamaufgaben
Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Arbeitszeugnissen in Abstimmung mit HR und Führungskräften
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Personalunterlagen und Pflege von HR-Systemen
Einblicke in die Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen People Function Bereichen und weiteren Schnittstellen
Unterstützung bei HR-bezogenen Auswertungen und Präsentationen sowie ggf. Projekten
Teilnahme an Teammeetings und Kennenlernen interner HR-Prozesse
Aufbau eines Verständnisses für arbeitsrechtliche und organisatorische Grundlagen im HR-Bereich
