Position Summary

We are excited to announce a summer internship opportunity for a Human Resources Intern at Swank Motion Pictures. This internship is designed to provide practical experience and exposure to various aspects of HR in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Human Resources Intern, you will work closely with our HR team, assisting with day-to-day HR operations and projects.

Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking system.
Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation.
Support HR team in various HR projects, such as performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy development.
Assist with updating and maintaining HR documentation and records.
Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices.
Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Available to work for the duration of the summer internship program

Educational Requirements

Minimum 3.0 GPA
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
Current Junior status student
