Human Resources Manager

• You will head up talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, and HR technology to enhance both employee experience and organizational performance.

• Partner with leaders to orchestrate impactful learning and development programs that address growth opportunities identified through the performance review cycle, ensuring continuous skill enhancement across teams.
• Design and implement a strategic, in-house recruitment model that reduces reliance on external agencies, improves time-to-fill, and strengthens talent pipelines.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes—from documentation and payroll setup to employment verification and orientation—ensuring a seamless and engaging new hire experience.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, EEOC, and local labor laws to inforce safety policies.
• Set and implement performance standards that align with production goals and conduct evaluations.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
• Ten plus years of HR experience ideally in a manufacturing setting
• Strong Excel skills
• Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
