Job Description
Idaho Trust Bank is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the organization’s HR function across Idaho Trust Bank and its affiliated entities, including Idaho Trust Company and Idaho Trust Mortgage. This role serves as the senior HR leader and partners directly with executive leadership to support a high-performing, compliant, and people-focused organization.The Human Resources Manager provides both strategic leadership and hands-on management of HR operations, including recruiting, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, and policy development. This position also supervises an HR Associate and ensures effective HR systems and processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a cultural leader who leads by action, words, and collaboration with senior leadership and managers while guiding HR strategy and workforce planning aligned with organizational goals
- Execute HR plans and projects independently, developing action items and timelines while collaborating with appropriate stakeholders and leadership
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and talent development initiatives and coordinate and supervise hiring across the organization
- Partner with senior leadership and managers to develop workforce training programs and career paths that support employee growth and internal advancement
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
- Manage compensation programs, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
- Serve as the primary resource for employee relations matters and workplace investigations
- Develop HR policies, performance management systems, and training programs
- Supervise HR staff and maintain HR systems and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7–10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Experience supervising HR staff
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred
- Experience in regulated financial institutions preferred
