Human Resources Manager | Design Firm |  Marietta, GA  Are you a Human Resources professional who thrives on building strong teams, creating exceptional employee experiences, and developing scalable people operations that support growth? As the HR Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while overseeing every stage of the employee lifecycle: workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and offboarding. You'll play a critical role in attracting top talent, enhancing employee engagement, supporting organizational effectiveness, and ensuring employees have the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed. In this highly visible role, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, oversee payroll and benefits programs, drive performance and career development initiatives, provide guidance on employee relations matters, and ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices. You'll also leverage workforce analytics and HR metrics to support strategic decision-making, improve processes, and develop scalable people programs that support both employee success and long-term business growth. Beyond traditional HR responsibilities, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive Human Resources experience with increasing responsibility in a generalist or manager role.
  • Experience supporting multiple functional areas, including recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.
  • Experience in processing multi-state payroll and administering comprehensive employee benefit programs.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, payroll regulations, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and HR best practices.
  • Experience administering HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms (Paylocity preferred).
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, including benefit brokers, insurance carriers, payroll providers, background check vendors, and technology partners.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization and serve as a trusted business partner.
  • Experience documenting and improving business processes and standard operating procedures.
