Job Description
Our client, a fast growing, established manufacturer is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team. The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage all HR functions for a growing site. This role serves as the primary HR point of contact for the facility, partnering closely with the corporate office to ensure alignment with company policies and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional with strong union experience, including labor negotiations, and hands-on expertise in payroll, benefits, and employee relations.Salary + Additional Benefits:
- $80,000-$100,000

Location: Russellville, ARType of Position: Direct HireResponsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR leader and point of contact for the site.
- Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing.
- Lead union relations, including contract administration and labor negotiations.
- Partner with leadership on employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Administer employee benefits and serve as liaison with benefit providers.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Support workforce growth initiatives, recruiting efforts, and onboarding as the site scales.
- Coach and develop one direct report.
- Collaborate closely with Corporate HR to ensure policy alignment and best practices.
- Maintain HR metrics, reporting, and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or similar; HR Certification a plus
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience including 3+ years of HR leadership
- Strong union/labor relations experience, including negotiations
- Experience overseeing payroll and benefits administration
- Broad knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Proven ability to manage employee relations matters effectively
- Experience supporting a manufacturing or industrial workforce required
- Spanish bilingual highly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
