Human Resources Manager

Perimeter Behavioral of West Memphis | West Memphis, AR

Serving Northeast Arkansas & Memphis, TN Area

Are you an experienced HR professional with previous Human Resources Manager experience looking to make an impact in healthcare? Perimeter Behavioral of West Memphis is seeking a Human Resources Manager who is passionate about building strong teams and supporting a mission-driven behavioral health organization.

This role partners closely with hospital leadership to recruit, support, and retain exceptional staff who provide high-quality care to adolescents in our behavioral health facility. The duties include the following:

  • Recruit and maintain an outstanding work force for the facility.
  • Ensure all regulatory guidelines are maintained for hiring, onboarding, and maintaining license standards in the maintenance of employee files and training.
  • Administer the Leave Administration for the facility.
  • Work closely with the facility's leadership in resolving employee issues and concerns.

Qualified candidates for Human Resources Manager must have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related major
  • Has 3-year human resources manager/generalist experience in a healthcare setting preferably in behavioral health.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS system preferably UKG

SHRM certification is preferred
