In addition to its strong corporate legacy, REI offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support the well‑being, growth, and long‑term success of its employees.

We're seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead Talent Management within our Shared Services HR team for both Ricoh Electronics and ETRIA Manufacturing, supporting multiple locations and states. • Recommend and refine HR policies, processes, and systems that strengthen talent acquisition, retention, performance, and development.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on HR policies and employee matters, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Reduce risk by serving as the escalation point for employee relations cases, reviewing investigations, and guiding disciplinary actions and terminations by using independent judgement to make sound and justifiable decisions to solve business problems.
  • Support internal and external audits and data requests (e.g., RBA, Human Rights, SOX).
  • Manage relationships with vendors and temporary staffing agencies to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Develop team capacity to operate effectively in a resource-constrained environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.

Projects you may lead:

  • Redefining how work gets done - simplifying processes, driving accountability, and ensuring HR functions are delivered efficiently without unnecessary complexity while remaining compliant.
  • Conduct regular assessments of cost effectiveness, service levels, and quality and drive continuous improvement through negotiations, consolidation or replacements and implementations for HRIS, LMS and ATS to ensure the best value and service leading to possible implementations.

Key Competencies:

  • Execution-focused - gets things done with urgency and discipline using excellent organizational skills
  • Pragmatic decision-making - balances compliance, risk, and operational needs
  • Prioritization- Focuses on what matters most in a constrained environment
  • Coaching & influence- Builds capability in leaders without adding complexity
  • Resilience - thrives in ambiguous, changing environments and actively supports others to adapt, recover and succeed
