• Process multi-state payroll including hourly, salary, overtime, bonuses, and commissions
• Manage payroll taxes, garnishments, and compliance requirements
• Administer 401(k) enrollments and coordinate with plan providers
• Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain accurate employee records
• Partner with leadership on HR reporting and benefit vendor optimization
• Serve as a resource for employee payroll and benefits inquiries

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll processes
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organization and professionalism handling confidential information
