Job Title: Talent Operations / HR Program Coordinator

Duration: 10 MonthsLocation: Boise, IDWork Mode: 100% Onsite (M–F)

Job Summary

Seeking a Talent Operations / HR Program Coordinator to support global talent programs through communications, HR systems administration, reporting, and program coordination. The role focuses on talent operations, system enablement, stakeholder communication, governance tracking, and process documentation in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal communications for global talent programs and initiatives
  • Support deployment and execution of talent programs and campaigns
  • Maintain and support HR/talent systems (Workday, ServiceNow, Viva, etc.)
  • Assist with system updates, testing, configurations, and process rollouts
  • Create training guides, FAQs, SOPs, and user documentation
  • Support talent dashboards, reporting, and workforce planning data
  • Track program milestones, risks, action items, and governance activities
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-up actions
  • Maintain program documentation and shared repositories

Required Skills

  • 2–4 years experience in HR operations, talent operations, program coordination, or HR support
  • Experience with HR systems like Workday, ServiceNow, Viva, Azure
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data tracking
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities
