HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

The University of Alabama at Birmingham

General Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, handle day-to-day administration of policies and/or programs covering several or all of the following: recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, and personnel research. To monitor and maintain department-specific databases and systems. May have responsibilities for Oracle data input and integrity as well as workflow approvals.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Monitors and maintains department-specific databases and systems.
May have responsibilities for Oracle data input and integrity as well as workflow approvals.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Hourly Pay Range: $18.85 - $21.88

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for the education requirement.
