HVAC APPRENTICE
$20-$24/hour
Reports to the job daily in Rocky Mount, VA
As an HVAC Apprentice, you’ll:
Work hands-on alongside expert technicians to master HVAC maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and inspections.
Combine classroom education with real-world experience to develop your skills.
Learn to serve both residential and commercial clients with professionalism and excellence.
Be empowered to grow into a certified HVAC professional.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 yrs driving experience with a clean driving record.
Clean criminal background.
Must possess humility, drive, honesty, and an outgoing personality.
Ability to work occasional weekends and late evenings.
Clean, presentable, and respectful communication style.
Physically able to lift heavy equipment, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and work in various weather conditions.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to enter and exit vehicles safely
Lift heavy equipment as needed
Work in various weather conditions while following safety protocols
Capable of bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods
