What Our HVAC Apprentices Do:
- Perform Maintenance and Repairs on customer's A/C units
- Assist Technicians with diagnostics and repairs
- Perform every job with technical excellence to live up to our warranties and guarantees
- Have an eager learning attitude to become great at all aspects of the Service System.
- Demonstrate proper use of tools and equipment
- Work and communicate effectively as an individual, as well as, in a team environment
- Learn and grow to a Junior Technician
