Position Overview:
We are currently seeking HVAC Technician Apprentices who are dependable, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. No prior experience is necessary; we're looking for individuals with a basic understanding of HVAC systems and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Learn the proper skills in order to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations of HVAC systems and equipment
- Provide high-level customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, outdoors, and in inclement weather conditions
- Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment is a plus!
- High level of customer service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to continue education in the HVAC field
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on holidays
- Ability to work in confined spaces, outdoors, and in inclement weather conditions
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background check and drug screening
