Job Description
Earn a $1,000 Signing Bonus. You will receive $250 at your 3 month, 6 month, 9 month and 1 year anniversaries!

What will you be doing:
- Assemble HVAC and refrigeration systems, subassemblies or components.
- Ensure system and component performance conform to specifications.
- Document and maintain manufacturing procedures for assigned devices.
- Solder copper tubing.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot defects and errors in components.
- Identify and solve problems related to broken and defective components, products, and equipment.
- Calibrate, test, and maintain production and test-associated equipment.
What do you need to be considered for the job:
- High level of mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read blueprints and other product specification documents in English.
- Experience with soldering copper tubing (preferred).
- EPA 608 Certification (preferred).
- This position requires an organized individual who is self-motivated and can work independently.
- Dependable - arrive at 6:00 am and be ready for the day.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- 44 hour work week (6 AM – 3:30 PM Monday - Thursday, 6 AM – 2:30 PM Fridays)
- Optional additional overtime on Saturdays from 6 AM – 10 AM (for those that want it!)
