Step into a high-impact leadership role with a growth-focused residential contractor in Southwest Florida, where your decisions directly shape production, quality, and builder relationships. This HVAC Branch Operations Manager opportunity in North Port, FL offers a hands-on way to lead new-construction HVAC operations across multiple active job sites.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Branch Operations Manager position include:

5+ years of experience leading residential HVAC new construction operations, including direct management of field supervisors and install crews.
Strong working knowledge of residential HVAC installation, including equipment, ductwork, and rough-in and trim-out sequencing for single-family and multi-family construction.
Proven ability to schedule and deploy manpower across multiple active communities and job sites simultaneously.
Experience managing builder relationships and performing to production-builder schedules and expectations.
Own overall branch operations and performance, including production volume, labor efficiency, job costs, and contribution to branch profitability.
Lead, coach, and develop field supervisors, crew leads, and installers; set clear expectations for productivity, workmanship, and conduct on builder sites.
Plan and schedule manpower to keep rough-in and trim-out crews aligned to builder critical paths; manage material flow and inventory to minimize delays and shrinkage.
Drive quality control, safety, punch list and warranty response, and coordinate permits, inspections, and start-up/commissioning activities.

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, higher for strong candidates.

Benefits: MDV, 401k, PTO (1 week, negotiable), and a bonus opportunity.
