Primary Responsibilities:Lead high-quality residential HVAC system change-outs and replacements

Install and modify duct systems, piping, control wiring, and associated HVAC components

Perform new installations, retrofits, and equipment upgrades

Work with various systems including Mitsubishi Mini-SplitsMaintain exceptional workmanship and deliver outstanding customer experiences

Requirements:3+ years of strong residential HVAC installation and change-out experience

Proven sheet metal fabrication and installation skills

Experience with Mitsubishi Mini-Split systems

Brazing CertificationsEPA Universal Refrigerant CertificationValid driver's license with insurable driving record
