Overview

We're hiring an HVAC Comfort Advisor to work directly with homeowners to design and recommend the right heating and cooling solutions for their homes. This role combines consultative sales, technical understanding, and relationship-building — not pressure tactics.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with homeowners to assess comfort needs

  • Present HVAC replacement and upgrade options clearly and honestly

  • Educate customers on system performance, efficiency, and long-term value

  • Build trust and guide homeowners through purchase decisions

  • Coordinate with install teams to ensure smooth handoffs

Must-Haves

  • In-home or consultative sales experience

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Comfort with performance-based (commission) compensation

  • Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends

Nice-to-Haves

  • HVAC experience or technical background

  • Experience with home services or construction sales

  • CRM or sales software experience

Schedule & Location

  • Full-time

  • Local travel required

  • Flexible schedule including evenings and some weekends
