THE ROLE
As an HVAC Comfort Advisor- Sales Rep, your day starts by connecting with customers to understand their HVAC needs. You'll visit homes or businesses to assess current systems, recommend upgrades, and offer energy-efficient solutions. Using your expertise, you'll prepare customized proposals, explain financing options, and guide clients from consultation to installation. You'll collaborate with installation teams to ensure a seamless process, follow up with customers to provide exceptional post-sale support and track your progress to meet (or exceed) your sales goals.
THE REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC COMFORT ADVISOR- SALES REP
- 2+ years of proven experience in HVAC or home improvement sales
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and energy efficiency
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- HVAC certification or equivalent technical knowledge
- College degree in a related field
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position based in Denver, CO, with a mix of field, office, and home-based work. You'll visit customers in their homes or businesses, with occasional evening or weekend availability to accommodate their schedules.
