YOUR DAY AS OUR HVAC COMFORT CONSULTANT:

In this residential HVAC role, you arrive prepared: you greet homeowners warmly, listen closely to their comfort concerns, and translate your findings into clear choices that improve comfort and air quality. You analyze each single‑family home's unique constraints, perform precise heat-load calculations, and take accurate measurements so that installations go smoothly. You document notes in the CRM, follow up methodically on unresolved leads, and after the work is done, you complete a post‑installation review to ensure quality control and a confident customer. You keep paperwork-tickets, work orders, invoices, time cards-up to date and accurate, and you consistently meet or exceed sales goals while adhering to company policies and management directives.

• 3+ years of in‑home selling to residential customers.
