You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand their options while delivering a professional, educational, and customer-focused experience.This position offers the opportunity to join a well-established company with a strong reputation, high-quality products and services, and a team that values integrity above high-pressure sales tactics.What You'll DoMeet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC system needs and comfort concerns

Perform in-home consultations and system assessments

Design and present customized replacement and upgrade solutions

Educate customers on equipment options, energy efficiency, financing, and warranties

Build rapport and trust through honest, transparent communication

Follow up with customers and maintain a high level of responsiveness

Generate and maintain referral opportunities through exceptional customer service

Collaborate with installation, service, and office teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Maintain accurate records, proposals, and sales documentation

Achieve individual sales goals while maintaining company standards and customer satisfaction

QualificationsRequiredSales experience in HVAC, electrical, home services, construction, remodeling, or related industries

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to present solutions professionally and confidently

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities

Strong computer and organizational skills

PreferredPrevious HVAC industry experience preferredHVAC system knowledge and comfort discussing equipment options

Experience with financing programs and in-home sales presentations
