HVAC Commercial Lead Install Foreman

Superior Mechanical provides businesses with commercial HVAC systems that regulate temperature, filter air, and provide comfort in the largest facilities. Our systems can ensure that your air meets precise temperature, humidity, and quality requirements at any level.

We are currently looking to grow our Team with an HVAC Commercial Lead Install Foreman at our Raleigh location.

Job Summary: Install HVAC and related equipment as assigned for Commercial buildings. Assume day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost-effective manner.

Pay Range: $30.00/hr - $40.00/hr- Depending on Experience

Requirements:

5+ years of commercial HVAC installation
Execution of mechanical projects, including the installation, change-out, upgrade, and maintenance of all types of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, components, and assemblies. This may include hydronic, chilled water systems, DX, forced air, heat pump, VAV, Constant Volume, Exhaust, Heat Recovery,
Sheet Metal Ducting and various related mechanical systems)
Maintaining a high standard of mechanical installation practices
Must be able to operate hand tools and powered tools safely (e.g., solder, braze, and weld)
EPA Universal
Time Management skills
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
Proven ability to manage/lead others
Valid Drivers license and insurable
Strong Communications skills
Must be able to work on ladders, elevated platforms, boom lifts, and scaffolding
