Position: HVAC Commercial Retrofit / Changeouts Installer

Location: Albany / Corvallis, OR

Sign-On & Stay Bonus: Up to $14,000 for experienced commercial retrofit replacement installers with exceptional skills and attention to detail!

Job Details:

  • Pay Rate: $35.00 - $46.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Work Hours: Monday through Friday; 4/10's available seasonally
  • Work Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Perform commercial retrofit/changeout installations
  • Handle equipment from 5-60 tons
  • Work with VAV's, VRF Systems, Package Units, Chillers, and Split Systems, all with controls
  • Perform low voltage control wiring and rough-in skills
  • Conduct 10-15% sheet metal work
  • Collaborate with management to meet customer service and division goals
  • Start the day at the shop or job site

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license
  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
  • Ability to perform work while leading a team of 3+ members
  • Proficiency in rough-in skills, sheet metal work, low voltage wiring, gas pipe installation, and refrigeration pipe installation
  • Ability to follow blueprints and technical instructions
  • Physical ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
