Our NATE-certified technicians are dedicated to providing high-quality service, and our maintenance programs are designed to keep your systems running at their best!
Now, we're hiring a full-time HVAC Construction Leader to oversee projects throughout the Knoxville area and make sure we complete the best work possible for clients.

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT BECOMING OUR HVAC CONSTRUCTION LEADER
THE SCHEDULE:
Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
YOUR ROLE:
- Overseeing HVAC helpers, other trade workers, and external partners to make sure they complete accurate, safe, and compliant work
- Efficiently assigning tasks to meet daily productivity goals
- Maintaining open and smooth communication between field crews, project managers, contractors, and other involved parties
- Completing on-site safety and quality inspections, maintaining detailed job documentation, and making sure work trucks are appropriately stocked with materials
- Quickly solving problems and jumping in as needed to ensure a successful project
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience leading a construction crew
- Experience building mechanical rooms and installing HVAC systems
- Strong knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various environmental conditions, work at heights, and work in confined spaces
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
