Description

A specialized HVAC controls installation contractor is seeking an HVAC Controls Foreman in Milwaukee, WI. This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable, growing union company with over a decade of HVAC expertise, no history of layoffs, and a strong reputation for delivering proper building automation installs that keep commercial projects on schedule.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Controls Foreman position include:

BAS HVAC controls installation experience, with ability to run jobs and oversee crews on commercial projects
Install and supervise installation of HVAC controls, building automation systems, low-voltage wiring, conduit, and related components
Work with Siemens, Automated Logic, Trane, and similar control systems; Johnson Controls experience is a strong plus
Manage multiple phased jobs, often overseeing 3 to 4 active projects and crews that move between jobsites
Support new construction, remodel, school, public facility, and museum projects throughout the Milwaukee area
Coordinate with job runners, foremen, installers, and field crews to keep projects moving efficiently
Licensed Electricians, Electrical Journeymen, and electricians with HVAC controls experience are encouraged to apply
Must be open to occasional overnight travel, with per diem and lodging provided when required

Salary: $50 to $60 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including union benefits, room to negotiate based on union classification, schooling and licensure opportunities, career advancement through the hall, company outings, long-term job stability, vehicle stipend during the initial trial period, company van eligibility after approximately 90 days, and per diem and lodging for occasional overnight travel.
