Job DetailsJob Details: Currently hiring for an HVAC Controls Technician in the Charlotte market to install, program, and service, digital control systems while maintaining quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Job Duties:

• Commission controls installation and verifies that control sequences meet specifications.
• Complete commissioning reports as proof of controls verification.
• Document installations for “as-built” control drawings.
• Organize and demonstrate required BAS project sequences to meet commissioning agents’ requirements.
• Represent the company by serving as direct customer contact.
• Coordinate electrical and other sub-contractors to ensure proper project completion.
• Implement controls sequences, programs, and graphics for new installations.
• Implement databases, programs, and graphics for new construction and retrofit projects.
• Confirm implementation meets project specifications

MUST HAVE:

• 2+ years of BAS/BMS or DDC Controls experience
• Maintenance/Repair/troubleshooting BAS systems
• Familiarity with one or more of the following platforms: Distech, Niagara Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Delta Controls, Trane, or ALC

NICE TO HAVE:

• Tridium N4 and AX programming.
• Distech Controls experience
