Job Description

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

$18–24/hr | Full-Time | Hilton Head Island, SC

EAC Heating & Air is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our growing HVAC service team. We're looking for someone organized, friendly, and dependable who can keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced office environment.

If you enjoy helping customers, coordinating schedules, and being part of a strong local team, we'd love to talk with you.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming service calls and route them appropriately.
Schedule and dispatch technicians based on availability and customer needs.
Provide friendly, professional customer support and follow-up.
Accurately document customer interactions and service details.
Coordinate with internal departments and field staff to ensure efficient operations.
Support billing, data entry, and job tracking as needed.
Foster a positive, team-oriented office environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility may be required depending on business needs)

Pay: $18.00 - 24.00 per hour, depending on experience

What We're Looking For:

2 or more years of customer service or administrative experience
Experience in the trades or service-based industry is highly valued
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with standard office software
High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Service Titan
Sales experience
