Job Description
Multiple Remote Opportunities Pay Range-$45-$50/hr wendyc@selectek.net A HVAC Design Technician with expertise in mechanical system design for semiconductor or high-tech facilities. This role requires strong HVAC knowledge, advanced Revit and AutoCAD modeling experience, and the ability to independently develop and coordinate detailed design deliverables while collaborating across disciplines.Required:
- Associates degree in Computer Drafting & design, similar course, or related work experience *
- Experience in building mechanical design systems in semiconductor or related high-tech facilities *
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience *
- Extensive modeling & drafting experience using Revit and AutoCAD (or other programs as necessary) *
- Strong working knowledge of relevant codes & standards *
- Navisworks expertise in model review *
- Deep knowledge of HVAC and related mechanical systems
