Hvac Dispatcher - Customer Service

Elmar Services is an HVAC company looking for a full time, competent, Dispatcher/Front Desk to help with the running of the daily HVAC service operations. The ideal candidate must have great communication skills, speak English fluently, be hard-working, professional, easy to talk to, have a good attitude, well organized, and willing to learn. Responsibilities include: Answering phone calls, On-Call duties after hours and on week-ends. Coordinate and organize appointments. Greeting customers over the phone. Fax, scan, and copy documents. Perform work-related errands as requested. Maintain office filing and storage systems. Paper and computer work. Calling customers. Managing many calls at once. Being able to talk with any customer. Understanding dispatching funnels. Managing company vehicle fleet, etc. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Competent computer skills including MS office or equivalent. Experience using apple/mac operation systems. Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection. Numeracy and literacy skills. Previous office and sales experience (at least 1 year). Key competencies: Organization and planning skills. Customer communication. Work management and prioritization skills.
