This is an amazing opportunity for experienced HVAC Estimators who are looking to join a reputable company that values its employees and promotes a strong team mindset.Position Responsibilities:- Knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems- Ability to multi-task, self-motivate, and handle multiple projects simultaneously- Review project plans and specifications to understand project scope and requirements- Develop cost estimates based on scope of work, including materials, labor, and equipment- Collaborate with project managers and team members to identify cost-saving opportunities- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements- Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain pricing and availability information- Prepare and submit bid proposals with detailed cost breakdowns and project timelinesPosition Skills:- 2-5 years of experience in HVAC estimating preferred- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Excel- Proven ability to work efficiently with clients and co-workers in a professional setting
