HVAC Experienced Service Technician
Bogner HVAC has gained the reputation for high quality workmanship at a fair price. The business has flourished for 40+ years due to the strict code of integrity, honesty, quality, repeat customers and referrals.
We are looking for an HVAC Experienced Service Technician to join our team!
Job Summary: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with high-quality experience. Assist with training Service Technicians. Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing.
Benefits:
- Medical, dental and vision (Available the first of the month following 60 days of employment). Employees are covered at 85%, dependents are covered at 75%. (This will be deducted from your paycheck weekly)
- 40 hours sick pay per calendar year (available after initial 90 days of employment)

- Overtime on an as needed basis. No on call or regular scheduled weekend work.
Work Hours: 7:30am-4pm
Pay Range: $40.00/hr.-$47.00/hr.- Depending on Experience
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years experience as a residential or commercial service technician.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
- Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience making repair and replace decisions.
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
- Operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner.
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
Qualifications desired:
- Universal EPA Certification
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
- Possess tools needed
