Job Description
- Manage all residential and commercial HVAC installs from pre-site to final inspection.
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and full compliance with industry standards and local codes.
- Team Leadership & Development.
- Recruit, train, and mentor installers and leads.
- Build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with sales to scope jobs and produce accurate estimates and proposals.
- Support closing with homeowners and contractors through clear plans and timelines.
- Permits, Codes & Inspections.
- Obtain required permits and coordinate with inspectors.
- Verify installations meet code, manufacturer specs, and warranty requirement.
- Stay current on energy rebates and tax incentives to maximize customer savings.
- Register equipment warranties and complete all required documentation.
- Conduct post-install follow-ups to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.
- Protect the brand by driving five-star outcomes and referrals.
- Oversee scheduling, material procurement, and workflow coordination.
- Remove roadblocks to keep projects on time and on budget.
- Track budgets, job costs, and profitability by project.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce waste.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, and suppliers.
- Ensure seamless communication and execution across all parties.
- Proven leader with 5+ years of HVAC management experience (residential & commercial).
- Strong sales, estimating, and project management skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop teams while holding them to high standards.
- A business-minded professional who understands financials, budgets, and profitability.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
- $80,000 - $120,000.00 DOE plus commissions and bonus incentives.
