Job Description

True Heating & Cooling is hiring a driven leader to join our Westminster, CO team as a full-time HVAC Field Service Manager! You'll oversee our residential heating and air conditioning operations and make sure the field technicians do an excellent job for customers.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of hands-on field experience
5+ years of HVAC management experience
Ability to work a 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday schedule
HVAC management experience with a $5,000,000+ company - preferred

HVAC FIELD SERVICE MANAGER DAY-TO-DAY

This HVAC management role is responsible for:

Providing guidance and leadership for a small team of 5 to 7 heating and air conditioning technicians
Tracking performance to ensure residential jobs go off without a hitch
Stepping in as needed to provide technical guidance and assistance to techs
Continuously learning more about the trade and growing within the industry
