Overview
We're hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain home comfort systems across Northwest Georgia. This role is ideal for a technician who values quality workmanship, clear communication, and being part of a team that does things the right way. This is a hands-on technical role requiring comfort with hand and power tools, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical system troubleshooting.
What You'll Do
Diagnose residential HVAC systems and recommend appropriate repair options
Complete repairs accurately and efficiently the first time
Follow company service playbooks and standard operating procedures
Use modern diagnostic tools and document work with photos and notes
Utilize ServiceTitan mobile for estimates, documentation, and job closeout
Deliver professional, clean, and safety-focused service
Work collaboratively with the team and represent the company well in customers' homes
Must-Haves (Required)
Valid driver's license and insurable MVR in Georgia
EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal)
2+ years of residential HVAC service experience (or equivalent military/trade experience)
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
Comfortable using mobile applications (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
Willing to follow company SOPs and quality standards
Alignment with company core values and a customer-first mindset
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
NATE certification
Heat pump and IAQ experience
Strong customer communication skills
Bilingual English/Spanish
Schedule & Work Environment
Full-time, W-2 position
Residential service routes kept reasonable
On-call rotation as scheduled
Safety-minded, team-oriented work environment
Pay & Benefits
$25–$35 per hour, including performance bonuses
Weekly pay with overtime paid per FLSA guidelines
Performance spiffs tied to quality work and customer experience

Quality & Performance Standards
Weekly overtime premium paid when applicable
Workmanship callbacks within 14 days may reduce billable hours on the originating job (0.5–3.0 hours depending on severity)
