Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Field Technician position include: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC refrigeration (foodservice, gas, and kitchen equipment) EPA Universal Certification is required Complete 3–5 service calls daily; troubleshoot, service, and maintain commercial refrigeration and gas equipment Strong diagnostic, communication, and B2B client interaction skills (Spanish-speaking is a plus) Maintain a company-provided service van, tools, and inventory; dispatched from home Participate in quarterly training and occasional travel to company sites in Dallas or Illinois Comfortable working occasional overtime and rotating weekend on-call shifts Must be able to drive within assigned territory (typically 1–3 hours within region) Salary: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
