HVAC ForemanPay: $18-$25/hourA reputable, local HVAC company is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC foreman to join their growing team. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing field operations, managing crew performance, and ensuring high-quality HVAC installations. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and confident leading a team in both residential and commercial environments.Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a 2-3 person HVAC crew on residential and/or commercial job sites
• Coordinate daily tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
• Install, service, and maintain HVAC systems according to plans and specifications
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Identify and troubleshoot installation or system issues in the field
• Communicate effectively with project managers and team members
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites
• Ensure proper care and use of tools and equipment

Requirements

• Previous experience as an HVAC lead or foreman required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small crew
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and industry best practices
• Must have personal hand tools necessary for the trade
• Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to job sites
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
