Position Summary: To provide maintenance on a variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, offering the customer a high-quality experience. Make recommendations and educate customers on products.

Work Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr to $25.00/hr depending on experience

Benefits: Medical Insurance, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, and Uniforms

Required Qualifications:

Willingness to travel to the service area
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Excellent customer service skills
Professional appearance
Ability to follow directions given, both verbally and in writing
Ability to comply with all safety rules
Ability to handle system start-up and adjustments
Primary focus will be served, but must be able to assist lead installer as needed

Desired Qualifications:

High school diploma or its equivalent
HVAC Tech school certificate
EPA Universal Certification
