Job Description

HVAC HelperLocation: New Orleans, LAPay: $21-$25 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: 40+ hours weekly | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Overtime available as needed

You'll assist with residential and commercial projects throughout the greater New Orleans area while building the knowledge and skills needed for long-term success.What You'll DoAssist technicians with HVAC installations, service calls, maintenance, and repairs

Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for daily jobs

Help inspect, clean, and maintain heating and cooling systems

Learn troubleshooting techniques and basic diagnostic procedures

Keep work areas, service vehicles, and job sites clean and organized

Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices

Provide courteous and professional service while interacting with customers

Required QualificationsMinimum 6 months of HVAC hands-on experienceHVAC trade school education is preferredEPA Certification is a plus

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn

Ability to lift 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
