We're growing and currently seeking two motivated Home Performance Helpers to join our Home Performance Division. If you're mechanically inclined, take pride in doing clean, professional work, and are ready to learn and grow in a rewarding trade, we want to hear from you.

Pay Range: $18.00 to $24.00 an hour depending on experience

What You'll Do

Assist with crawl space encapsulations and attic renovations
Support duct sealing, duct cleaning, and dryer vent services
Work alongside experienced technicians and receive on-the-job training
Ensure work is performed cleanly, professionally, and efficiently
Contribute to a team that values precision, safety, and customer satisfaction

What You Bring

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Previous trade, HVAC, or construction experience preferred
Clean and insurable driving record
Reliable, hard-working, and adaptable
Eagerness to grow in a supportive, team-oriented environment
