What You'll Do:

Run 45-55 in-home leads monthly - all set by our in-house team
Guide homeowners through HVAC system options with a proven sales process
Earn trust, present solutions, and close deals with confidence
Partner with a skilled install crew to ensure smooth project execution
Work hard, take feedback, and grow your sales game

What We're Looking For:

In-home sales experience (HVAC, windows, solar, roofing, or similar)
Ability to work long days in hot attics and high-pressure situations
Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust
Coachable, goal-driven, and committed to personal and team success
Strong work ethic - you follow through and finish strong
Passion for doing things the right way - no shortcuts or pressure tactics
