Job Responsibilities

Run in-home sales appointments.
Build rapport and earn customer trust.
Perform load calculations, system assessments, and comfort surveys.
Present solutions using a proven process.
Explain financing options clearly.
Follow up professionally and proactively .
Document visits and outcomes with accuracy.
Build self-generated lead pipeline.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.
Goal-oriented, competitive mindset.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Pass a drug test.
Reside within 45 minutes of our office.
Preferred (not required): 1+ years of in-home sales experience (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, solar, etc.)
Preferred (not required): Experience with HVAC.
Preferred (not required): Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar CRM.
