What You'll Do
- Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations
- Learn to install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, air handlers, thermostats, and indoor comfort systems
- Load materials, prepare job sites, and keep projects organized
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Learn installation best practices, equipment startup, and system testing
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Deliver outstanding customer service while working in customers' homes
- Continue building your technical knowledge through hands-on training every day
What You Bring
- Previous HVAC installation or service experience preferred
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, construction, or another mechanical trade is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation to and from our Geneva office each day
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions
