Job Description
HVAC Install- Residential | $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs & Bonuses
Work Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm | Monday through Friday | Occasional overtime
Job Duties:
- Install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards
- Residential Retrofit / change out installs
- Installing refrigerant pipe, gas and electric furnace, heat pumps etc.
- Start-up and troubleshooting installs
- Supervise the work of apprentice
- Consult with customer concerning installation, proper use of equipment t and upgrade options
- Ensure jobs are completed timely

What We Are Looking For:
- 3 + years of residential HVAC experience
- Retrofit / changeout experience ideal
- Lead Install experience- Desired
- EPA Universal Certificate
- Proficient in installing Refrigeration Pipe and low voltage wiring
- Experience with HVAC duct system design and installation
- Able to train and supervise others
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
