What You'll Do

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for high-quality installation work in residential and light commercial settings, including:

  • Assemble and install ductwork (as needed)

  • Perform brazing and proper line-set installation practices

  • Install HVAC equipment for remodels, retrofits, and replacements

  • Install and verify HVAC control systems and sequence of operation

  • Perform work involving electrical circuits, control boards, controls, and instruments

  • Handle refrigerant properly and use recovery equipment in compliance with EPA standards

  • Install and service small hermetic and centrifugal systems (as applicable)

  • Operate and interpret readings from:

  • Manifold gauges, thermometers

  • Voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter

  • Vacuum pump and related tools

  • Maintain a safe, clean job site and follow all company and industry safety standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years of credible HVAC installation experience
  • Valid, current driver's license
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
  • Valid EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification
