Godby Heating Plumbing Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Field Supervisor to lead residential and light commercial installation operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned installer who is ready to oversee crews, drive quality, and support field performance while living out our mission to make life better for our customers and our team.

Position Overview

• Lead and support multiple HVAC installation crews in the field• Serve as the primary link between the field and office• Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards• Balance technical install expertise with team leadership and accountability

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC install crews across multiple job sites• Coordinate daily schedules, materials, equipment, and manpower• Ensure all work meets company quality standards, safety guidelines, and local code requirements• Perform jobsite inspections and resolve installation issues as needed• Train, coach, and mentor lead installers, installers, and apprentices• Communicate job progress, challenges, and timelines with management• Maintain professional relationships with customers, builders, and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of HVAC installation experience• At least 1 year of leadership experience as a Lead Installer or Supervisor• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple crews or high install volume• EPA Certification• Familiarity with local HVAC codes and permitting requirements
