Job Description

Bay Breeze Heating and Cooling has an immediate need for an install helper. Our fast-growing company offers competitive pay and benefits. If you are looking for a position where you can build your skills and have advancement opportunities, this may be the job for you.

Primary Job Function: To assist with the installation of heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Pay Scale: $18.00 - $22.00/hr, Depending on Experience

Benefits:

Medical & Dental (Company pays 50% of premiums for employee and/or family plans)
Paid Vacation (5 days first year, 10 days after second anniversary, and 15 days after 5th anniversary)
Paid Holidays (7 days per year)
401k plus 4% company match (eligible after 1 year of employment)
Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, not to exceed 40 hours)

Required Qualifications:

Excellent verbal skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Energetic personality
Well-organized and the ability to work independently
Universal EPA Certification is preferred
Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School preferred
2 years of install experience is highly preferred
Insurable driving record and valid driver's license
