Responsibilities:
An HVAC Installation Manager oversees and manages all aspects of HVAC system installations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves leading a team of technicians, coordinating schedules, managing resources, and maintaining strong communication with clients and other departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Manager with a focus on residential and light commercial systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
- Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage time
- Customer oriented mindset with a focus on delivering Peak Performance
- Valid Driver's License, a clean driving record and a clean background check
- NATE Certification preferred
-Experience with Service Titan, not required but preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
