Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork
- Lead installations from start to finish, ensuring systems are set up to manufacturer and code standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues during installs or system startups
- Communicate clearly with customers on system operation and answer questions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Follow all safety protocols, codes, and industry standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work a 7:00 AM start, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays available)
- Ability to handle physical work in all seasons
