Description This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well-established yet rapidly rebuilding HVAC operation in Florence, SC, where leadership is empowered and growth is encouraged. This role is critical to the success of a growing branch with strong backing, improved benefits, and long-term career advancement. We are seeking a HVAC Installation / Construction / Sheet Metal Manager who is highly experienced, hands-on when needed, and excited to help scale operations and mentor teams. Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Installation / Construction / Sheet Metal Manager position include: 7+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC and sheet metal experience with proven leadership Oversight of the sheet metal fabrication shop and installation crews (approximately 6 employees) Pricing and estimating HVAC and sheet metal installation projects Ensuring job quality through site visits and coordination with lead installers Working directly under the Service Manager to rebuild and grow the Florence branch Experience reading blueprints and designing duct systems Basic Excel skills; SketchUp experience is a plus Ability to manage schedules, materials, safety, and performance standards Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
